For the second year, I am leading the first Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training in Brussels, at Serendip Spa & Yoga in Brussels, Belgium.

Students are learning about yoga history and philosophy, Western anatomy and biomechanics, Indian anatomy and subtle energy, chanting, Sanskrit, asanas, and how to use that knowledge to share it in a class setting, whether professionally or with family and friends. Above all, it is a life-changing experience!
